In 1991, a group of dental professionals saw the need for quality and multi-specialty dental care in many communities throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Their vision was to open state-of-the-art dental practices that would combine the highest standard of care, the latest technologies, and the services of talented general dentists and specialists to meet the needs of the communities they serve. The CDI Group began its partnership with West Coast Dental in 2016 after they needed a partner to handle the plan administration of Dental Alliance, their existing in-house dental plan.
The CDI Group has in-depth knowledge of the Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) requirements necessary to keep Dental Alliance compliant. The CDI Group proactively maintains all materials necessary to ensure audit-readiness in line with rigorous DMHC compliance provisions. With years of experience, The CDI Group provides a new regulatory complaint website and marketing materials. Additionally, CDI manages and ensures compliance in quality management, grievance and appeals, access and availability, language assistance, and overall plan performance.
The CDI Group maintains a fully functional call center equipped to handle a customized toll-free number for West Coast Dental patients. All incoming calls are answered by friendly and well-trained Client Service Representatives, with Spanish speaking Representatives available during all hours of operation. Our Client Service Representatives stand ready to provide the highest level of service to West Coast Dental patients through every step of the enrollment process, as well as the entire duration of their membership.
